Staff was friendly and treated everyone with respect. They bent over backwards to make sure I had everything. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Location is on the main street, within walking distance of most everything.

The hotel was right in the centre of town and easy to get to all restaurants and bars. The breakfast was ample and available till 10.00am. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the middle of Corso Umberto which is the Main Street in Olbia close to all the excellent restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us and provided a fan when their air con failed. This was repaired asap. The staff from reception, room cleaners and breakfast room waitresses were fantastic and there was always a good selection of continental meats, eggs, cheeses, breads, pastries etc as well as crispy bacon and scrambled eggs

The location was great, the view from the room also. We arrived in the evening, welcomed from the Latin music of the Cuban restaurant which lies just around the corner. Personnel was extra friendly and helpful when we needed assistance with communicating with an Italian driver who took us to Alghero. Top-notch was the tasteful crostata di albicocca which was served in the hotel breakfast and looked hand-made.

This is a gem of a city hotel. It’s on the high street but is very quiet. The staff are superb and extremely accommodating. They looked after our bags while we did a short cycle tour then looked after the bikes before we could return them. The room was comfortable and clean. Fully recommend for a city stay even though you have to pull your bags in as it is a Pedestrian area.

The hotel has a very good and beautiful structure. The room is excellent, clean, and comes with good bath products. The receptionist Camila is extremely polite, kind, and helpful.

Breakfast: Real value for money. Croissants, eggs, cereal, yoghurt, bread, fruit, bacon... Juices are artificial and seem powder based, but the coffees were good. Splendid location. We had a room in the back, really spacious and tranquil. Bonus: Free water bottles (with and without gas)

All staff were very nice and helpful. The lady at the reception took all the necessary time to answer my many questions and help us plan our stay. We were able to leave our stuff at the hotel for a while after check out. Breakfast was great! Plentiful and staff kept refilling the buffet. The location of the hotel is perfect.
